I. Core Investment Promotion Regions
This investment promotion covers 13 core administrative regions throughout Saudi Arabia, specifically including: Riyadh, Mecca Province, Medina Province, Eastern Province, Al-Brahda, Al-Hail Province, Al-Asir Province, Al-Bahha Province, Tabuk Province, Northern Frontier Province, Jizan Province, Najran, and Al-Jawf Province.
II. Investment Cooperation Model and Quota Planning
1. Cooperation Level: This recruitment is limited to provincial-level Tier 1 agents, who will enjoy exclusive provincial-level operating rights officially authorized by the company, responsible for the entire process of market development, product sales, customer maintenance, and brand promotion within their respective provinces.
2. Quota Restriction: To protect the core interests of agents and achieve refined operation of regional markets, only one Tier 1 agent will be recruited per province, implementing a "one province, one agent" exclusive monopoly operation model to prevent vicious competition within the region.
3. Recruitment Status: Currently, the Riyadh region's agent quota is not open. The remaining 12 provinces (Mecca, Medina, Eastern Province, Buraidai, Hail, Asir, Baha, Tabuk, Northern Frontier Province, Jizan, Najran, and Jafzan) are actively recruiting. Quotas are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Signing a contract secures exclusive regional rights.

Distributors can independently plan their recruitment strategy within their respective provincial regions, developing city-level and county-level headphone distributors. Geographic and Resource Requirements: Must be a registered entity or a local individual in Saudi Arabia, familiar with the local market environment, business rules, and cultural customs, possess certain organizational and coordination capabilities and business resources in the local area, and be able to quickly integrate local resources to conduct business;
2. Economic Strength Requirements: Possess a sound economic foundation, stable cash flow, and certain fixed assets (such as shops, warehouses, office space, etc.), and be able to undertake the initial investment in regional market development, product inventory, and team building;
3. Industry Experience Requirements: Possess relevant product sales experience (especially those familiar with online platform sales experience are preferred), and be familiar with sales processes and market operation models;
